Arguably, athletes take better care of their health than most.
They know how detrimental germs can be to their performance.
Athletes shower, take vitamins, and do lots of laundry.
But too often, they are not taking care of their emotional health.
Negativity. Doubt. Fighting. Gossip. Blaming. Clicks. Bullying.
The ripple effect of these on a team can spread faster than germs.
