It's 7 - 10 short, factual self-statements about your athletic journey.

These statements flow together reminding you of your strengths.

Sample:  I've been playing this sport since I was 6 years old.
I've played in over 200 games in my lifetime.
My speed is faster than most people on this field.

Memorize your confidence script.  Recite it under pressure.

Confidence increases as the mind recalls positive experiences.

Remind yourself today just how far you've come.
