Athletes often look really good on the outside.
Strong. Fit. Talented. Agile. Muscular.
So much time, energy, and money is spent to develop physical traits.
But how are you really doing on the inside?
Likely, you feel tired, anxious, and stressed.
On the inside, the picture is often not as pretty as the outside. It's a mess.
Work out your mind with the same intentionality as you do with your body.
Talk about your stressors. Learn how the mind works. Study psychology.
It's the inner work that actually matters most in the long run anyway.
