Seriously, stop whining.

It's hot. You are tired. Your body aches.
This is preseason. No one likes it, but everyone needs it.
It's hard work. Really hard work right now.
The truth is that everyone is hurting - physically and mentally.
The problem is that your whining about it does not help much.
In fact, it just makes things worse.
Whining spreads negativity, which undermines a team's motivation.
There is a time to vent, but it's not now and not around teammates.
Save it for home or at a friend's house. Vent there.
But while practicing, seriously, stop whining.
