Sure, the big things look flashy, get people's attention, and are impressive.
But, long term, sustainable, consistent performances are built upon the basics.
Stop minimizing the importance of the mundane drills in your training.
Successful people do the littlest things at a level better than anyone else.
Breathing. Stretching. Lifting technique. Attitude. Communication.
Do these little things with bigger intention, focus, and effort.
These big little things are the difference between being good and great.
