Through Not Around

You have to work through your problems, not around them.  The path through problems is the harder path.  It requires patience, emotional restraint, & accountability.  It's hard to look within yourself. You might not like what you see. But either you will go within or you will go without in life.  Working around problems is a sign of emotional immaturity.

It only creates exponentially more problems.

  You rob yourself of learning necessary life skills for conflict resolution.

  Working through emotional problems is pain with a purpose.

Talk about the tension you have with other people.

  Apologize. Empathize. Reframe. Forgive. Move on.   

  It's a life skill that leads to a clearer mind and less burdened heart
