You tend to feel your best on Thursdays.

One key reason is you likely had 3 nights of consistent sleep.

After 3 nights of going to bed and waking up at the same time, you tend to feel more rested, alert, composed, ambitious, and focused. 

Thursdays are great days for doing business in America.

They are also great days for superior athletic performances.

TGIF.  Sure, you feel good on Fridays too. But productivity drops because you are more focused on the weekend than the present. 

It's Thursday. You feel great. Take advantage of it.
